Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ZC3H10 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LSCC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ZC3H10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
