ZC3H10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,944 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, VEZF1, and ERO1A. Each is linked with ZC3H10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H10-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H10 versus SMARCC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
