Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,842 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Heterochromatin formation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with ZC3H10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H10-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heterochromatin organization grouped by ZC3H10-low versus ZC3H10-high in BONE.
