The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ZC2HC1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC2HC1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, CESC, and SARC are the cancer types where ZC2HC1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
