Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC2HC1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,030 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M9, RNA5SP412, and RNU4-7P. Each is linked with ZC2HC1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M9 grouped by ZC2HC1A-low versus ZC2HC1A-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC2HC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC2HC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
