Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC2HC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,350 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D19, PKIA, and UBE2W. Each is linked with ZC2HC1A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC2HC1A versus TBC1D19 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC2HC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC2HC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
