Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC2HC1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1 and CD300H. Each is linked with ZC2HC1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by ZC2HC1A-low versus ZC2HC1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
