Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB8OSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,465 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB8OSP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRBA, CDKN2AIP, and THUMPD1. Each is linked with ZBTB8OSP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB8OSP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB8OSP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8OSP1 versus LRBA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB8OSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB8OSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
