Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB8OS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB8OS data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZBTB8OS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB8OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA and KIRP are the cancer types where ZBTB8OS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
