Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB8OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,756 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB8OS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation, RNA exon ligation, and tRNA exon ligation. Each is linked with ZBTB8OS in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB8OS-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB8OS results are reported.
