The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZBTB8B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB8B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD and LIHC are the cancer types where ZBTB8B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
