ZBTB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, SMC1A, and SMC3. Each is linked with ZBTB5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB5 versus WDR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
