Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK2, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with ZBTB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ZBTB5-low versus ZBTB5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
