Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,494 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid catabolic process, Protein sumoylation, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ZBTB5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB5 results are reported.
