Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB49 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB49 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZBTB49 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB49 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where ZBTB49 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
