Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB49 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,426 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB49-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF2P2, CDC20, and TPX2. Each is linked with ZBTB49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB49-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB49 versus KLF2P2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB49→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
