Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB49-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L3, KRT6C, and OR2A2. Each is linked with ZBTB49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB49-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L3 grouped by ZBTB49-low versus ZBTB49-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB49→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
