ZBTB48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,434 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMNAT1, LRRC47, and TMEM201. Each is linked with ZBTB48 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB48-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB48→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
