Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,829 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to methionine, Response to methionine, and Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with ZBTB48 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB48-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB48 results are reported.
