Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB47 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB47 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ZBTB47 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZBTB47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
