ZBTB47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, ILK, and KANK2. Each is linked with ZBTB47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB47-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB47 versus RPL5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB47→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
