Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,737 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Negative regulation of hippo signaling, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with ZBTB47 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB47-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB47 results are reported.
