Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB47-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL2, C14orf177, and TAAR8. Each is linked with ZBTB47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB47-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB47 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL2 grouped by ZBTB47-low versus ZBTB47-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB47→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
