ZBTB45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,649 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ZBTB45 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB45-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by ZBTB45-low versus ZBTB45-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,649 associations by consensus.
