Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB45-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, KRTAP2-4, and CABP2. Each is linked with ZBTB45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB45-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by ZBTB45-low versus ZBTB45-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB45→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
