Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,290 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, NUCKS1_S214, and TIPRL. Each is linked with ZBTB41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB41-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB41 versus RO60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
