Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with ZBTB41 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB41-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation grouped by ZBTB41-low versus ZBTB41-high in PANCREAS.
