Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,348 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZBTB38_S130, PTCD3, and PUM1. Each is linked with ZBTB38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB38-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB38 versus ZBTB38_S130 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB38→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
