The most reproducible ZBTB38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, Skeletal myofibril assembly, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with ZBTB38 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB38-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB38 results are reported.
