Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB37 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB37 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZBTB37 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZBTB37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
