Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB37 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB37 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ZBTB37 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

GBM, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZBTB37 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
