ZBTB25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, KRTAP6-2, and CYCSP41. Each is linked with ZBTB25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB25-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by ZBTB25-low versus ZBTB25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
