ZBTB24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, SYNCRIP, and VTA1. Each is linked with ZBTB24 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB24-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB24 versus CDC40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
