Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB24-associated genes across cancer lineages are YY1, FBXL20, and MDN1. Each is linked with ZBTB24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB24-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB24 versus YY1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
