Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with ZBTB24 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB24-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription grouped by ZBTB24-low versus ZBTB24-high in OESOPHAGUS.
