ZBTB21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with ZBTB21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB21-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ZBTB21-low versus ZBTB21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
