Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,956 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB21-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAR1, ERCC4, and CEP97. Each is linked with ZBTB21 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB21-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB21 versus PTAR1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
