Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB20 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB20 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZBTB20 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZBTB20 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
