Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,762 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pallium development, Macroautophagy, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ZBTB20 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB20-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB20 results are reported.
