ZBTB20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 779 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB20-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS7, CNOT6L, and LYG1. Each is linked with ZBTB20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB20-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBS7 grouped by ZBTB20-low versus ZBTB20-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
