Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB20-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,347 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB20-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZBTB20, DDAH1, and TNS1_S1400. Each is linked with ZBTB20-AS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB20-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB20-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB20-AS2 versus ZBTB20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
