Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,214 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, PRR14L, and KPNA4. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB2 versus SETD2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
