Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPP19P1, RNU6-280P, and RNA5SP166. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.
