ZBTB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,106 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP43, SYNCRIP, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB2 versus NUP43 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
