ZBTB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN1, SSX7, and CFHR2. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTN1 grouped by ZBTB2-low versus ZBTB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
