ZBTB17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,149 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB17-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF15, GPATCH3, and MIIP. Each is linked with ZBTB17 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB17-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB17 versus DCAF15 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
