Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,710 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, RISC complex assembly, and Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with ZBTB17 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB17-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB17 results are reported.
