ZBTB16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,926 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, TNS2, and TNS2_S102. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB16 versus PURA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
