Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRD1, TMEM106C, and GAS2L3. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB16 versus ADGRD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
