Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, PSMA4, and DCPS. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by ZBTB16-low versus ZBTB16-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
